We enjoyed our longer than usual break this year.

The business has taken off at a great pace, after our Launch at the My Biz Expo 2012 we have been busy with following up the many leads and interest in our services. In particular the Customer Insight System has been received very well in the market place.

Some notable successes have been in the International Educational facilities, with a founding customer in Crown Institute of Studies being one of the first to see value in the solutions.

We are working closely with staff and teacher to ensure the results are achieved with the service.

There is much development behind the scenes going on with our Telecommunication Products, we have secured the MiTel Distributorship and are looking to contract our installation services to a number of Technicians.

Our Portal for the Hosted VOIP System is almost complete and should be ready to market by end of February 2013.

We will be on the lookout for our founding customers that will allow us to set up the system and prove the concept works and is stable.

All in all we are looking forward to a 2013 with massive action planned.
